License

The LeStage QuickBooks Online Bridge is licensed for internal use by LeStage Corp staff and staff of related companies only, including EHMR (Ed’s Heavy Mobile Repair), RepairFront, LeStage CVC, EHM Holdings, and other companies we connect. You may not sublicense, resell, or provide the application to third parties.

QuickBooks Online

QuickBooks Online is a product of Intuit Inc. LeStage Corp is not Intuit. We use Intuit’s APIs as a customer under Intuit’s terms.

Authority to connect

You may connect a QuickBooks Online company only if you have authority to do so for that company. Each company (realm) is connected separately. There is no default company.

AI output

A private ChatGPT custom GPT may retrieve or summarize information through our HTTPS bridge. Output can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Humans remain responsible for books, tax, filings, and any action taken from the output.

Writes to QuickBooks

Writes to QuickBooks happen only after a human confirms a preview, and only when writes are enabled. Production writes may be disabled.

Access

We may suspend access, require reconnection of a QuickBooks company, or run the Bridge in Intuit’s sandbox.

This website

This website is provided for general information about LeStage Corp. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell securities, a solicitation of an investment, or an invitation to participate in any fund. LeStage Corp is a privately held parent company and does not accept outside investment through this website.

Operating companies named on this site are separate businesses. They serve their own customers and remain responsible for their own operations. LeStage Corp does not provide the operating services performed by its subsidiaries.
